Yes, it’s a little early for Christmas, but I have to start getting some ideas going before it catches up to me! I like to send out handmade Christmas cards, and not every card will “make the cut”!
This one came together mainly due to the fact that I had a great sketch to work with. I wanted to use this Chevron Stencil from Altenew and I came up with a way to use it as my background for the card. The Halftone Holiday Stamp and Die set, also from Altenew, really helped this card come together.
I used a generic piece of ribbon from my stash to create the line, and the Nesting Frames Square to make my little gift. I accented the gift and the Christmas sentiment with green glitter paper, and stamped the phrase with Mountain Pine mini ink cube to bring it all together.
I love the holiday season, and spend a lot of my time creating cards and gifts tags for Christmas.
Thanks for stopping by today.
